Call NowA new home, knockdown rebuild or duplex is a long project with a lot of decisions in it. We run every build the same way – one stage at a time, with the builder on site and no surprises on price – so you always know where things stand and what comes next.
A short call about your block, your plans or your idea, and a frank conversation about budget and what's realistic before anyone spends money on drawings.
We meet you on site, walk the block and go through your plans – access, levels, services, demolition and anything that could affect cost or program.
Bring your own architect or designer, or we'll introduce you to one. We give builder input on buildability and cost, and confirm early whether a CDC or DA suits your site.
A detailed, itemised price with realistic allowances and clear exclusions, then a recognised residential building contract and your HBCF home warranty certificate before any deposit.
The builder on site throughout, a construction program for your job, regular updates, and early notice of anything that could affect cost or timing. Variations are priced and agreed in writing first.
Final inspections, occupation certificate and keys. Your home is covered by NSW statutory warranties – six years for major defects and two years for other defects – and we stay contactable after you move in.

You deal directly with the people building your home – not a sales consultant – and decisions get made on site, quickly.
Itemised quotes, realistic allowances and variations agreed in writing before work proceeds. If budget and design don't match, we'll tell you early.

It depends on the home, the site and the approval pathway. You'll get a construction program before you sign, and we keep you updated against it.
Yes – most of our private work is built from architects' and designers' plans, and we're happy to work with yours from early design.
