Seniors Living Units

Units

This marks our second project proudly delivered for the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), and we’re honoured to have been entrusted with what is now their largest residential development to date. Located in the heart of Mount Druitt, this newly completed Class 2 multi-residential dwelling consists of six architecturally designed units, thoughtfully planned to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with secure, culturally appropriate housing. This project is more than bricks and mortar. It represents long-term stability, pride of place, and meaningful progress in addressing community housing needs. Every element was delivered with care and purpose—to reflect the values of AHO and to create spaces where families can thrive. The completion of this project reaffirms our shared commitment to increasing access to high-quality, affordable homes while strengthening connections to culture, land, and identity. Set in a well-connected location with easy access to local schools, services, and transport, this development also strengthens the broader social fabric of Mount Druitt—fostering inclusion, wellbeing, and community engagement. From initial planning through to handover, this project was built with collaboration at its core—supporting Indigenous voices throughout and providing employment opportunities within the local community. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and we sincerely thank all who participated in bringing this important project to life. We’re proud to stand beside AHO in delivering more than just housing—we’re building a stronger future together. A place to call home, for today and tomorrow.
